    Doing the Sports Relief Mile at Saltwell Park on Sunday at 12.30

    If anybody fancies sponsoring me then don't be afraid to bring some extra dosh along to Dek on Sunday morning or, alternatively, log onto www.mysportrelief.com/leafy

    I'll be running it in my Dekstar top too.
