Re: names for 14/3/10
I'm in. Anyone fancy a 2 hour session if possible to work on plays, discuss tactics and work on lines for perhaps 40 mins then play in lines for the remainder? I think today has shown the difference playing ball compaired to dek! What's your views?

Would advise facecage / gumshield too. The ball we're using could easily knock teeth out and certainly has the potential to cause a fair bit of other damage.

I can play 10 til 12 but need a helmet. I'm willing to buy a cheap one if anyone can find me one for Sunday as I'm at work until Sunday now.

Re: names for 14/3/10
can i suggest that with this two hours we find out who is DEFINATELY coming so far and use the extra time to try out different pairings or lines? we've played as the same teams the past two weeks on the basis that it was only the people on the darks playing at the tourney. this doesn't seem to e the case anymore so we could afford ourselves time to try things out

I've been talking things through with Ali and Lynch, something by the way of lines will be sorted, although this Sunday will be a chance to see how they work together and where they need changing.
I'm in.

proposed tourney lines for this sunday
After discussions, and a real lack of players we have came up with the following lines to try out. These are not confirmed but are worth looking at for this weekend with a review after the session with all players as to there views. Really don't want it to get into an argument but after chasing players this week to even get enough for two lines we don't have a lot of choice. I believe without causing confusion that there may even need to be 2 different line ups for depending who you are playing as due to the late start of practicing with the ball we may find ourselves struggling slightly playing against other ball hockey teams ie wolves x3 and believe it or not fosse city.
It would be greatly appreciated if as many players can attend the next few weeks no matter if playing in the tourney or not.
