Wednesday night training? Empty Wednesday night training?

Post  Bazza Sun Mar 01, 2009 6:52 am

With the Apollo Cup looming close and several players being unable to make Sunday training due to other commitments, would anyone be willing to have a game on a Wednesday / Thursday night? This would be dependant on court availablity and any midweek Vipers games. This would give those who are busy on a Sunday with work / kids / academy etc. to get a feel for playing before we make the trip to Rotherham.

    Post opinions below.

Not doable for me I don't think. Too busy with work and stuff through the week, couldnt guarantee I would make it with any frequency and theres also the issue that I really can't be arsed with running around after work. Hell, when would I get my tea?

Depending on where I'd probably come along for a weekday game, as long as the knee gets the go-ahead from the Doc this week.

Can't bring the boy on Wednesdays - and don't particularly want to on Thursdays, cos it's about my only night in.

I think the extra training would be of advantage also help with peoples fitness levels and stamina

Potentially help deciding on lines and playing games with our fellow line mates.

Sounds good training during week, but due to my unsociable working hours i might be able to make maybe one or two wednesday's a month, and thats maybe.
