Agenda for meeting

I think we need to have one, so I suggest we start adding things we would like to discuss more formally, so we can go through them in order...

Anyone..??

How about for starters...

1) Election of Committee, would suggest these as minimum to start with.

Chairperson
Secretary
Treasurer

2) Club finances

Look at current finances.

3) Business Plan

Create a business plan of which ALL committee members take on actions to grow the club.

To answer the second question..... we have no finances!

Edited to add where do we hold said meeting? Shower then pub? Or just in foyer at Lightfoot?

Think we are better off doing it at the pub (after showers, you stinky people!) as the Lightfoot will either be too disruptive or we'll run out of time or get chucked out.

Agenda items, we can also add:

Team Selection (and agree on this A and B malarkey or not)
Membership fees and package
Goals and objectives
Selection committee
Fixtures rep / committee.

will someone be able to take notes as to what is discussed as I won't be able to hang around if people are going to the pub. Sod's law, if it were any other Sunday it'd be fine!

Yep, there'll be notes. I'll publish them on here. If/ as and when we have a secretary I imagine they'll be handling such things.

Positions and deliverables are key. We've had positions before, we've not told the people elected to them what they are expected to do or when.

Thanks, but no thanks. Have enough on my plate at the moment, I'm happy to provide the kick in the arse but really don't have the time to be too involved.

Dude, I said the interim chair FOR THE MEETING until the actual chair is elected. If you have time to be AT the meeting, you have time to CHAIR the meeting.

It's cool though, I don't mind doing it, or Ali Could as he chaired the last one, whatever.

If nobody is prepared to fill the basic positions, we don't get constituted, we don't have a bank account so the whole thing's dead in the water, so somebody had better step up!

I'll chair tomorrows meeting, as said in the game thread please anyone who cannot make the meeting please see me before I leave tomorrow with anything they wish to bring up......... other than their guts.... yes warrior I mean you!

Just been told ive got a uni game at 12:30 pm so i wont be at the meeting sorry.
